This gadget uses the initial code from the query, modified by the code on the Blog Search page. Other variations, including code used on the Navbar did not produce useful results.

I would say it worked good, but there is the usual problem: Groups uses real paragraphs plus a line break, so the extra line breaks need to be removed when posting.
